Timothy J. Colgan is a graduate of the Widener University School of Law and earned his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University. He began practicing family law, bankruptcy and real estate law with The Wiley Group in 1997. He became partner in the firm in 1998 and was managing partner from 2002 to 2008. In April 2008, he formed Colgan Marzzacco, LLC. He trained in Collaborative Practice in 2007 and Mediation in 2008. He is the 2008 President of the Independent Collaborative Attorneys of Central Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Cumberland County (social) Bar Association, the York County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP) and the Independent Collaborative Attorneys of Central Pennsylvania (ICACP) for which he is the 2008 President.
